HELLO,
WE ARE BUMP AND BEYOND
Bump and Beyond is a boutique support service offering privately run mothers groups and birthing education in Adelaide. We aim to support, educate and connect women through the highs and lows of new-motherhood.
During pregnancy and parenthood we are often inundated with advice from well-meaning friends and family.
The anticipation, excitement and fears that come with this new territory can leave new parents feeling overwhelmed, isolated and unsure. Our expectations can become skewed by our social media feeds and perhaps even the rose-coloured memories shared by our own parents. It can be hard to find a forum where you can speak openly and honestly, feel connected and understood.
That’s where we can help.
At Bump and Beyond we provide a carefully curated, expertly facilitated program to help women navigate the transition into motherhood. We offer a warm and welcoming environment where friendship, information and support are on hand when you need it most. We invite you to join us as we learn, laugh, cry and journey through motherhood, together.

More About Bump & Beyond
Our goal is to support, to educate and to have fun.
We help you expand your support network by offering opportunities to explore, discuss and reflect upon your own experiences. We connect you with a qualified midwife as well as numerous local experts who bring with them a wealth of experience and knowledge in pre/postnatal care and infant and childhood care/development. We encourage you to have fun and connect with other mums and babies in a safe, non-judgemental environment.
TO SUPPORT
To provide a place to feel heard and understood, a place to listen, a place to heal, a place to be supported and a place to find comfort by hearing and connecting with the stories of your fellow members.
Group-based education and support is a fundamental aspect to surviving and thriving in early motherhood. Open and honest peer group sharing and connection helps support you by normalising feelings and experiences. Group support helps to minimise feelings of isolation and alienation as you are surrounded by a group of people who are feeling and experiencing many of the same struggles, challenges, and joys at the same time as you.
